Our client is an international trading company with its own wide sales network across Ukraine is looking for the Head of Business Unit (special agricultural equipment)

On this role, BU Head will be reporting to General Manager and his responsibility would include but will not be limited to:

  • Manage BU sales and technical support structures
  • Achieve and overachieve annual targets on sales volume, gross margin, and market share
  • Manage weekly sales forecast and weekly cash flow for BU
  • Lead development plan for the team of the BU
  • Prepare annual budget and 3-5 years vision based on market analysis and competitors
  • Work closely with the factory to define and manage product portfolio, product positioning, marketing strategy for products group, based on market intelligence
  • Suggest a plan for further development of organization structure, considering business needs

Ideal candidate should possess the following characteristics:

  • Sales negotiations experience
  • Experience in cooperation with vendor factories and distributor network
  • Common and business sense, knowledge of area peculiarities
  • Finance understanding, as well as all processes related to dealers’ management
  • Understanding of competitive environment
  • Negotiation skills
  • Experience in managing teams in sales
  • English is a must
